1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of neatloomhome.com and purchases from NEATLOOM HOME. The store is operated by GARB GLOW LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on the website.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who is able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with website security; introduce malicious code; scrape the store in a manner that disrupts service; or infringe another party’s rights.
3. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and measurement methods can produce reasonable differences. Accessories or surrounding objects shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, limit quantities, request verification, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not limit our right to conduct reasonable verification.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Payment is charged when the order is confirmed at checkout. Available payment methods may include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa, subject to availability in the customer’s checkout environment.
6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Orders may be canceled before shipment, subject to processing status. Address or order-change requests must be submitted to customer service before shipment and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Provide accurate, current information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
8. Intellectual property
The website content, layout, text, graphics, product presentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to GARB GLOW LLC and are protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and information.

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment, analytics, advertising, and shipping providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s website or service except to the extent required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
