These Terms govern use of https://neatloomhome.com and purchases from NEATLOOM HOME. The store is operated by GARB GLOW LLC, established in 2026. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and the policies published on the store.
Store operation and responsibility
GARB GLOW LLC is responsible for the operation of NEATLOOM HOME, product presentation, order processing, shipping arrangements, customer support, returns, direct exchanges, and refunds described in the published store policies.

Customers must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Actions that interfere with website security, payment processing, order administration, or another customer’s use of the store are prohibited.
Product information
We aim to present accurate product titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, included components, prices, images, and availability. Customers should review the complete product page and selected options before ordering. If we identify a material listing error after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and provide a reasonable correction, replacement option, cancellation, or refund as appropriate.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is a request to purchase. The order is accepted when payment is approved and we issue an order confirmation. We may contact the customer to verify order information or resolve an availability, pricing, payment, or address issue. If an order cannot be accepted, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Available checkout methods may include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The methods actually available for a transaction are displayed at checkout. Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are displayed during checkout when required.
Shipping delivery and tracking
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing that business day when operationally possible. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by an estimated 3 to 5 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days. Free standard shipping is provided across the United States. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Returns exchanges and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, the item must be sent within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required, no restocking fee is charged, and the company covers authorized return and exchange shipping. Direct exchanges are permitted. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection, and financial institutions may require another 3 to 10 business days to post the funds.
Cancellations and changes
Customers may request cancellation before shipment. Address and order changes require contact with customer service and can be processed only before shipment.
Intellectual property
The website design, original text, graphics, brand presentation, and other store content owned or licensed by GARB GLOW LLC may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Missouri. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or remedies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
