Shipping policy
NEATLOOM HOME provides free standard shipping across the United States. This policy explains the order cutoff, processing time, transit estimate, tracking, address changes, and delivery support provided by GARB GLOW LLC.
Shipping destination and charge
We ship eligible orders to delivery addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free and there is no minimum purchase requirement. We do not offer international shipping through this store.
Order cutoff
The business-day cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. An order received before the cutoff begins processing that business day when operationally possible. An order received after the cutoff begins processing on the next business day.
Processing time
Processing normally takes 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Transit and total delivery estimate
Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3 to 5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days, consisting of 1 to 2 business days of processing plus 3 to 5 business days in transit.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent after the order is dispatched. Tracking may require a short period to become active after shipment data is transmitted to the carrier.
Address and order changes
Contact customer service to request an address correction or another order change. These requests can be processed only before shipment. Customers should provide a complete address, including apartment, unit, building, and postal code where applicable.
Delivery support
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the package appears lost, or tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact customer service with the order number and tracking information. We will review the available information, coordinate the necessary delivery inquiry, and provide the appropriate next step.
Damaged missing or incorrect delivery
Contact customer service promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when reasonably available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund under the Return and Refund Policy.
