These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from NEATLOOM HOME through https://neatloomhome.com. The seller and store operator is GARB GLOW LLC.
Products and prices
Product pages show the title, description, available options, price, dimensions, materials or structure, images, and included components. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout when required.
Payment methods
Available checkout methods may include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The payment methods available for a specific order are displayed before the order is submitted.
Order formation
A customer submits an offer to purchase by completing checkout. The sale is confirmed when payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued. If a product becomes unavailable or a material price or listing error is identified, we will contact the customer and provide an available correction, substitute option, cancellation, or refund.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is provided across the United States. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 PM ET. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and transit normally takes 3 to 5 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Delivery information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address or order changes must be requested through customer service and can be processed only before shipment. Contact us if tracking appears delayed or the package cannot be located, and we will coordinate the appropriate delivery inquiry and resolution.
Returns and direct exchanges
Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned when requested within 30 days after delivery. After authorization, the package must be sent within 14 days. Original packaging is not required. A return form is included in the package. We provide a prepaid label, cover authorized return and exchange shipping, charge no restocking fee, and permit direct exchanges subject to availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
Cancellation may be requested before shipment by contacting customer service. Once shipment has occurred, the customer may use the applicable return or exchange process after delivery.
Company responsibility and consumer rights
GARB GLOW LLC is responsible for fulfilling the customer-facing obligations stated in these Terms and the published store policies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
