1. Seller and scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from NEATLOOM HOME at neatloomhome.com. The seller is GARB GLOW LLC. These terms work together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
2. Products
Product pages describe the item offered, intended use, designed dimensions, included components, and available options. Lifestyle images may show surrounding objects for context; those objects are not included unless expressly listed. Customers should review the complete product page before ordering.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the transaction and information provided. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before shipment and will contact the customer when appropriate.
4. Payment
Payment is charged when the order is confirmed at checkout. Available methods may include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa, depending on checkout availability. We do not offer installment payments. Payment processing is subject to authorization by the applicable provider.
5. Order acceptance
After an order is submitted, we send an electronic confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, an obvious price or product error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or an address outside the supported shipping area. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Order changes and cancellation
Requests to change an order or delivery address must be made through customer service before shipment. Changes are not guaranteed. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment they must be handled through the return process.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit normally takes 3–5 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Detailed terms appear in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Eligible return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Return authorization is required, and an authorized item must be mailed within 14 days after approval. We pay authorized return and exchange shipping, charge no restocking fee, and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Payment providers may require another 3–10 business days to post the credit.
9. Legal rights
These terms do not exclude warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Missouri law and applicable federal law govern these terms without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable to the transaction.
